The Brevard Business & Professional Women (BPW) awards a Transylvania County business with the Employer of the Year award. To be eligible for this award, a business must operate within Transylvania County. To apply for this award, a business must complete a self-assessment which is based on the priorities and mission of BPW. The priorities are:
Child care
Family Medical Leave Act
Pay equity
Affirmative Action

Deadline for applications is March 31st, annually.
The winner will be announced by April 30th, and the winner will be honored at the May meeting of the Brevard BPW.
